There have been 6 new construction hangars at our airport in the past 3 years.  Another has been approved and will start construction this spring.  Another hangar is pending approval.  And, there has been some initial discussion for additional new construction.  

With all of this activity and running low on buildable green space, the airport is planning to develop another section of land on the east side of the airport.  Leasing land to build your hangar may be more affordable than you think.  

2023 rates:  $.13/SF (unimproved) and $.20/SF (improved)
