MARRIAGE LICENSE AND PASSPORT APPLICATIONS ARE BY APPOINTMENT
Payments to the Rock County Clerk's Office are payable by the following methods:
- Cash
- Money Order
- Check
- Debit/Credit Card (Service fees will be charged for all debit/credit card transactions)
Passport payments to the U.S. Department of State are payable by check (personal, certified, cashiers, travelers) or money order.
