Town Information
Towns hold the zoning authority in Rock County and jurisdiction will vary Town to Town. Below is a list of the communities in Rock County and resources for permits and jurisdiction. Permits and jurisdiction in the Rock County Shoreland Overlay District and Floodplain District is held by Rock County.
Town of Avon Jurisdiction
Building permits are issued by the Town of Avon. Please contact Charloette Martin at 608-931-6759.

Town of Beloit Jurisdiction

Town of Bradford Jurisdiction
Zoning and Building Permits are required. Please contact the Building/Zoning Officer at MZIS (Municipal Zoning and Inspection Service at 608-931-6759 or http://www.townofbradfordwi.com/forms--permits.html
Demolition Permits are required. Contact Chairman David Moyer at 608-698-1039.
