Notary service is available to the public in the Rock County Clerk’s Office Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.

Documents requiring a notary’s signature must be complete, except for signing, and can only be signed in the presence of the notary.

Proof of identity in the form of a photo ID (such as a driver’s license or state identification) must be available to the notary.

This service is provided free of charge.
