2024 Rock County Plat Book

Photo Contest Winner

Rock County Register of Deeds, Sandy Disrud, announced that the winner of the 2024 Plat Book Photo Contest is Kim Hoholek, for her beautiful cover photo of a Gibbs Lake sunset. There were more than 60 entries in the photo contest, all local photos taken in Rock County. In addition to Kim’s cover photo, 33 additional photos fill other pages of the plat book, taken by 11 different photographers. The contest was hosted by the Rock County Register of Deeds and the Rock County Parks Department. Photo credits in the plat book go to: Kim Hoholek, Aaron Skinner, Kathleen Wishop, Craig Hurda, Patty Vanstone, Carrie Kulinski, Renea Martin, Tom Edwards, Nicole Luety, Abigail Popp, and Garrett Wendelschafer.
